Nicola is an experienced administrator with over 20 years of experience supporting businesses across a range of sectors, including professional services, healthcare, education, technology and marketing.

Throughout her career, Nicola has built a reputation for exceptional organisation, attention to detail and delivering outstanding support to both colleagues and clients. Her varied background includes administration, marketing, project coordination, client communications and business support, giving her a broad skill set and a practical, client-focused approach to her work.

Prior to joining Soteria Estate Planning, Nicola held a number of senior administrative and marketing roles, including positions with international organisations and as a self-employed Marketing Assistant and PA. Her experience managing complex projects, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations enables her to provide an efficient and professional service to clients throughout their estate planning journey.

Nicola is passionate about helping people and understands the importance of making the estate planning process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, family and friends, making the most of every opportunity to create lasting memories together.
